How We Work
Our Funding Schedule:
The Board of the Foundation meets twice yearly
to review grant applications: in June and in November. We accept submissions
by email, fax, or postal mail, and we will notify you when we receive
your application. We will also notify you of our decision regarding
your proposal as soon as possible after the meeting, usually within
4 weeks of the submission date.
Submission Deadlines:
Proposals must be submitted via FAX or email
by May 1st for consideration at the June meeting, or by October 1st for
consideration at the November meeting. Proposals sent by mail will
be considered if they are post-marked by those dates.
IMPORTANT: Please DO
NOT SEND ITEMS THAT REQUIRE OUR
SIGNATURE,
such as certified mail or FedEx. We are not always in
the Foundation office to sign for mail and cannot retrieve
it from the post office or FedEx center, so envelopes
requiring a signature will be returned to the sender. |
